Review & Notification Process

Abstracts will be sent to two reviewers for blind review, with the exception of Symposia, which will be unblinded. 

All abstracts will be reviewed using four criteria:

  • Originality
  • Clarity
  • Rigour and
  • Practical relevance. 
These reviews will be passed on to the Organising Committee, which will make a final decision on which abstracts to accept and in what categories.

Abstracts that are accepted for presentation will be published in the Conference Abstract book as submitted. The accepted abstracts will only be published if payment of registration has been made by Friday 17 March 2017.
